a dedicated office worker (m/f/d) in part-time (20-25 hours per week) ,

who enjoys organization, communication and digital media work.

How you best fit with us:

• Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as an office clerk, office management assistant or comparable qualification)

• Professional experience in the commercial sector is an advantage

• Confident use of common MS Office 365 programs

• Experience in dealing with social media (YouTube, Instagram & LinkedIn)

• Knowledge of content creation and editing of reels or short videos

• Knowledge of accounting

• Organized, structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working

• High self-motivation, strong communication skills and organizational talent

• Very good German (spoken and written), knowledge of English desirable

• Very good manners, well-groomed, professional appearance and ability to work in a team

How you can support us:

• Holistic support and advice for our customers on commercial and technical issues in close cooperation with the field service

• Sales-oriented telephone conversation

• Processing incoming and outgoing email correspondence

• Collection, maintenance and management of data in the ERP system (OrgaMax)

• Quotation preparation, order processing and telephone follow-up of quotations and orders

• Scheduling, preparation and coordination of those involved

• Creation, processing and posting of accounts receivable and accounts payable invoices

• Support in financial accounting (Fibu)

• Maintenance and further development of our social media channels (Instagram & LinkedIn)

• Creation of content and reels (text, images, videos) for company presentations and customer communication

• Knowledge of machining technology

• Experience in sales of machining products
